Depends on the time of the day. Coffee if I can't have alcohol. Diet or squash in the day and gin or wine at night

Often in reality it brings the devil and mischief out of me. Sometimes that results in capers that most would not class as relaxation per se.

I don't relax as much as I should, my brain is pretty much constantly on the go. Then I hit the point I zone out through brain exhaustion.

I mainly drink cherry Pepsi max or coffee. That's pretty much it.
