Yep definitely although...
I meet a girl regularly who has a partner, one of his rules is I can do anything as long as we don't kiss..
Try it! Surprisingly hot, brushing lips.. so close but not quite.. teasing.. lips everywhere just up to the corner of the mouth then having to pull away... nearly accidentally kissing because your so carried away.. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it but my god it's always the hottest meet |

I do know exactly what you mean my second meet ever back in 2012 was like that I was obviously new to everything in the swinging world and when I meet the couple and no kissing was allowed I thought crazy but like you say it was very intense and sexy  |

Oh yes.. kissing is very intimate and sexy so when your denied it suddenly becomes the best way to tease the the life out of someone... especially if you get your timing right and as you pull away you slide deeper inside! Watch them pull tighter and try kissing you then!! Just pull away and kiss the neck ... it's their rules after all lol |

It's a huge deal to me. I love a good snog, its hot and everything else just sort of flows from it. Its the ultimate lubricant to. I wouldn't want share something with someone who didn't want to kiss me. |
