Emails at work. Currently reading Stephen Kings 'Different Seasons' short story collection at home though, I've seen the films Shawshank Redemption and Stand By Me many times, but never read the source material. |

Thanks for reminding me... Just ordered myself a copy following this comment. I loved that book when I was young.
If you enjoy Different Seasons it's worth picking up a second hand copy of 4 Past Midnight. If only for the Langoliers. Don't watch that film tho it sucks... |

I did watch the Langoliers film many years ago, I remember it was the very early days of CGI and it being terrible! Shame as Kings stories are usually awesome, they just don't always translate to screen well. |

Bill Bryson’s “A short history of nearly everything.”
A fantastic, eye opening read, that explains the universe, and everything we know in it, at an understandable level.
Really enjoyed that book. |
