Not bashing a city I love - a city that has so much going for it, so many hidden gems and that has kept me employed, educated, entertained and much more for pretty much all my life.

Contrary to some opinion, it's safe, doesn't have to be expensive, has surprises round every corner if you look for them - has a rich and wonderful history and diversity.

Yeah it has it's downsides too but show me a city that doesn't

I visited London last week and never once did I question my safety. I just took notice of some of the wonderful surroundings as I walked by. They certainly made me smile
