"This is going to be divisive.
After you brush your teeth, do you rinse out the excess toothpaste with water? Or do you leave it there?
Which camp are you? "
Gargle and rinse i have zero fillings and all my teeth. Last time i was at the dentist, she seemed a little disappointed that my teeth didn't require any work. She then asked if she could give them a clean. I declined, no need for a clean, they're spotless |

My dentist had a right go at me for using mouthwash after brushing.. she says you need to leave it for half an hour or the fluoride in the toothpaste gets washed out and has no effect. Who has time for that shit in the morning?
Then the hygienist poked me in the mouth for several minutes with sharp implements before drawing blood then blaming me for not flossing 4 times a day.. ffs, I work silly shifts. When I stagger in at 4am dead on my feet I'm not thinking about flossing.. I barely remember getting undressed.. |
