Anyone aware of where the best wi-fi hotspots are that allow access to "18+" rated sites (fab being one).
Whilst McDonalds allows a free connection they block all access to adult sites.
Anyone help? |

ive never understood the whole wi-fi thing.
Im with BT broadband and apparently i can log in using loads of wi-fi hotspots,, so does that mean i can access adult content sites because id be using it like i would at home,, or because im tapping into the wifi network on a public place i have to use whats supplied to me? |

It means that you can access the internet when you're away from where you'd normally access it, your home or workplace probably, via a laptop or smartphone.
However, people like McDonalds can prevent access to 'adult' sites, just as many people do with their own home set-ups when they want to prevent their children accessing certain types of sites. |

I agree with the security aspects of hotspots so i use my phone
I'm on Giffgaff use one of their goodybags £10 gets me 250 mins unlim texts and unlim internet ( subject to fair use) so no big downloads it works in the town anywhere and my phone has gps so no need for a satnav and internet radio is free |
