Who is near not working?

So for the last few weeks the who is near section has not been loading... does anyone know how to resolve this?

Have you got location services enabled on your device? It's the only answer I can think of

I did but it still wasnt working

Managed to sort it now , had to enable location and then go onto fab rather than the other way around.
