The legal bit on profiles
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hi apologies if the answer to this one is simple... lots of profiles have the almost same legal jargon about university using images & I will prosecute if anybody breaches data etc etc.
Has anyone actually seen pics/ data being stolen from fab in another form or use and has anyone actually every prosecuted these university's or is it just nonsense? |

Picture stealing/usage unfortunately does happen but the "legal" jargon is just that jargon and pointless ... really makes the person using it look stupid |

"It’s prob a load of shit that was scare mongered a while back "
I thought this might be the case just curious is to why so much detail in it and if the persons would actually go legal as the writing claims. Must be an interesting uni course for the students

The legal disclaimer is a load of rubbish and actually meaningless. There is even a FAQ about it
https://www.fabswingers.com/articles/FAQ#disclaimer
Site owners would rather people didn't put such tripe on their profiles as it takes up valuable server space |

I never fail to shoot when you pop up on my screen. |

"I'd love to be in the solicitors office when he/she laughs your arse out of there when you explain the situation. "
Haha definitely, can see the people sat there in the solicitors office with pics of their bits hanging out, never going to happen. |

If you do not post such a statement once, then yo ass is indirectly allowin hood use of shit like fuckin yo' photos n' tha shiznit contained up in yo' status thugged-out shit. |

I saw one on a Fab profile a few weeks ago that blathered on about F4cebook being a publicly traded company.
Sydney University warning on a Fab profile? You're daft as a brush.
F4cebook warning on a Fab profile? You gotta be some sort of cretin. |

.... The F4cebook one always me laugh. Anyone that uses that is far too slow for me to want to meet them.
Plus the one that says Fabswingers is a publicly traded entity. Errrr...no it's not!
These are usually on profiles where the man has one pic of his floppy cock. Is he really going to consult a solicitor if someone was desperate enough to steal it. That'd be an interesting convrrsation at the solicitors office |

"I've just read every single comment on this thread, and now I'm wondering why I've just read every single comment on this thread "
Because you're worried about the security and legal ramifications of having your pic's used elsewhere? |

It wasn't just the F4cebook warning wording, it actually mentioned F4cebook.
The thick as shitometer went haywire that day.

"Picture stealing is a very real thing though it usually happens to the women more than anything.
As for all those "legal statements" - they don't mean anything to anyone "
They mean something to me. They mean ‘gullible’. |

The legal bit in some profiles gives me the biggest laugh ever. Here's people who are saying they have to be 100% discreet so thier partners/family/friends don't find out threatening to take people to court. Do they not realise court cases happen in public...thick or what? |
