On the back of the phrases that get on your tits thread, are there any phrases or words that you've never come across before that you've picked up "off of" (this phrase used intentionally as it completely gets on my tits!)here???

For me, found myself using the word "munter" t'other day at work, never having heard of it before being on here and now love the expression "boils my piss"

"Twunt..

I quite like that word.

I would never use the words twat or cunt, but twunt being a combination of the two, somehow seems more genteel

DILLIGAFF

I had it pinned to my office wall, and when the bosses used to try and stress me out I would point at it....

Then they worked out what it meant and asked me to remove it...

So I replaced it with the same letters in Russian... Now the whole office says it...

Timewaster... I said hello to the woman behind the till in tesco, she just blanked me.

The bus was 15mins late

I had an appointment that had to be canceled at the last minute.

Time wasters everywhere!

off of (pronounced oferv) is very common, it should be neither off nor off of but "from". Does not bother me tho. It's just an idiosynchracy.
