I dont think there's any set type is there?
Forwards tend to be taller and broader, backs tend to be shorter and lighter.
Though you'll always get those that are the exception to the rule, like Jonah Lomu.
Our Norfolk team U18 team were all pretty broad shouldered, but had the full spectrum of stereotypical builds for our respective positions. |
