Go to the Fab homepage.
Top left hand corner - see who’s near.
Click that and your phone should ask permission to allow your browser to access your location
Then turn on the see who’s near setting |

I signed up as a gold member thinking it was due to that but still can't see who's near me "
Maybe that your location is turned off on your mobile phone
