OK, I was going for an anthropolocal study pastiche style. Perhaps a touch more thought required... |

Personally, I'm not a fan of 3rd person profiles, I know I do it a lot in Forum, hands up.
Also, there are a lot of torso pics over anything else.
Better than most if you ask me though |

"Jesus h.....full of "I'm amazing me" sort of stuff.....are you?
Hmmmm, I don't think so. A wry tongue in cheek was intended but clearly not read.
I think I'll have another go in a bit"

Do you like it?
If so dont change it.
It might come across in the wrong spirit to some but those people will probably be out off by your sense of humor and communicatiob style anyway so best that they see it from the start.
It will attract the type of people thay will enjoy chatting to you... |

If it wasnt for the fact you're part of the forums seriously I wouldn't have bothered to read all that.
If I was you I'd change my name and all the pictures a bit like reincarnation hah sort of thingy.
You're a great guy with an honest heart just be you. Just digging myself out of the hole here. xx

Yes, there is that point of observation too. If the humour and intent in which it was written isn't evident though then I just come across like a preening self obsessed twunt... |

What would you like to achieve with the profile is my question I guess?
As a forumite profile it kinda makes sense to ppl who are familiar with you and it displays wit and expression. To non-forum types or ppl viewing you cold they'd probs think it a bit over complicated and introverted and I doubt it'd score you many dates, but I could be wrong and a profile is only the beginning of a friendship, meet, relationship or whatever comes from it....
Tough one really, I don't want to be critical because I actually really like you both on the forums and from the few short exchanges we've had. But I think my opening question is the key, what do you want the text to acheive?
(well aware I'm in no position to give advice, but then my profile isn't really designed to achieve anything other than to facilitate my occasional sarcastic comments in the forum)
Good luck anyway buddy! |

I am not trying to offend I realise you are not a stupid man and you wouldn't ask if you didn't want an honest answer. Some would ask hoping lip service or sycophantic comments unlike some on here. I am sure you will get many that like its all a personal choice there was no offence intended just am unbiased opinion. |

After some of these comments I was looking forward to reading it.
For those that aren't aware of your personality and wit they would probably read the first bit and think something along the lines of 'what the fuck is this guy on about', for the forum people it wouldn't matter. |

I agree that you should keep it if you like it. It doesn't come across as arrogant to me. Humour in there and geekiness.
I would know from reading it that we're not compatible but I see that as a good thing in that we wouldn't be wasting time chatting. It will attract the right kind of person. |

The guys saying don't change it are the guys that neg on other people because they don't want you to succeed. Your profile is witty but maybe that's because I'm a huge Scott Bakula fan. Might I suggest getting to a swingers club? I plucked up the courage and went alone. Best decision I ever made. Good luck. |

Forgot to look at the pics. Sorry if this offends, it's not my intention. A couple make me think you may also like to be a tv. Could be a turn on for some and turn off for others. |

"After reading your feedback I've had another go.
Take a look and let me know, thanks! "
Far better some humour and a hint at humility and its well spaced so easy to read far better than the last one. |

The spacing really helps as well nothing worse than it all being bunched up. |

Didn't read the previous version of the new version... but I really liked the current profile text.
If I was looking to meet men, it would get my interest.
Photos sadly are not of the same calibre. More variety needed. |
