All of mine have responded to their own names

Apart from Wallace and Gromit, the rest have gotten their names from either how they look or their personality

Batman & Robyn

Bonnie & Clyde

Tony & Cleo (maybe inappropriate for siblings)

I’m sure you’ll pick something appropriate.

Wait to see how they behave, name after that.

Pointless calling it cuddles if one turns out to be a killing machine!

So give it a week or two, then think of names.

My wee rats obviously took on their start in life.. dumped in a river... yes.. it does happen! Eventually they came to their names.. if they felt like it

Top suggestions from my vanilla friends are:

'Captain Shitpickle'

'Tits Benedict'

Not sure they're entirely vanilla now...

It's pretty much a given that any cat named Snuggles, Cuddles, Fluffy etc etc always turns out to be an utter asshole.

For the male cat, Mohammed. The world’s most common name but underused in the UK for cats.

For the female cat, nathalie.

Apollo and Artemis.

They are good names for shouting when you're trying to get the buggers back in for the night. And a Greek God theme means that when one dies before the other and you get a new cat your naming won't seem weird.

I have a friend who had 4 cats. Now she has 2 called salt and onion...

On a serious not, get the male neutered as soon as hes old enough. Closely followed by the female.

Call them different colour names to what they are ..ie if a black cat call it ginger or snowy..it would be a lifelong talking point and makes people smile...

The same advice for dogs..
