Given that the term "swingers" has it's origins in the free love generation of the swinging 60s (hence the name) and was just appropriated in the 70s to mean "wife swapping" (an appropriate and ironic term for that era), "swinging" to me is about having multiple sexual partners without any kind of commitment - so yes most members of this are by that definition "swingers".
Know there are others who may have their own different definitions and none of them are wrong either, "swinging" can mean different things to different people |

I am straight I'm attracted to people who identify as a woman and look like a woman.
If I was attracted to a woman who is transitioning to make and looked like a male but I was attracted to them does that mean I'm straight then ? |

The term swinger, means a couple “swaying “ to sex with others, swapping in other words.
If there’s only 2 people involved, all they are swapping is body fluids.
Just because singles profess to be a swinger doesn’t mean the meaning behind the term has changed, it means they don’t understand the term. |
