Hmmm now Ade my fine fellow……
Surely you must have considered that by asking what time is it?
There would be a distinct potential for an indeterminable delay in response time from you raising the question to anyone reading it and replying! Thus presenting would-be respondents with a quandary whether to reply with a real-time answer or indeed provide an answer compensating for the lapsed period since your original post……

Well, it's quite simple. You set your alarm to go off an hour earlier than you want it to and then set a reminder to go off an hour after you wanted it to and the correct time you want will be caught in the crossfire. |

The main purpose of Daylight Saving Time (called "Summer Time" in many places in the world) is to make better use of daylight. We change our clocks during the summer months to move an hour of daylight from the morning to the evening. |

It's not as if it was a surprise, that is, the clocks going forward, was it?
It gets coverage in all the Media etc, so you'd have to just landed from Mars, not knowing about this!
