Another one from my once favourite podcasters at Sanspants Radio.
If it were a real chocolate factory and the events in the film happened within our world. How liable is Mr. Wonka? |

Not liable at all. The children despite being warned failed to comply with the safety measures. The accompanying adult also failed to exercise proper control of the children.
The Oompah Loompahs were most likely brought in under the special skilled workface rules. |
