Two years ago hooked up with.a bi curious female and a wonderful afternoon was had by both
Both her and her fella wanted it to be a one off so on we pop with out lives
Jan this year she messaged me to say they had split and do I fancy a drink
Long story short a proper friendship was formed until mr came back in her life and now he won’t accept that we are just friends
So bye bye good friend because she wants to try again with him and he won’t accept me
I’m a big girl and take it on the chin cause I kind of see his point but still shifty Now wonder if friendship can ever be just that if two people have had sex ?? |

"It can be easily, one of my (monkey) closest friends is a former lover... and female
Sounds to me like he's both a little controlling and insecure"
Incredibly !! I hope it works for her but know it won’t so as a friend left it with a always here comment |

I think it all depends on the relationship, how it ended.
My Eldest sons dad is still one of my best friends.
We were friends before we got together, had a few happy years, but we wanted different things out of life, decided to part our ways & didn't split on bad terms.
Only found out I was pregnant after.
I still chat on Bookface to several exs going back to my teens.
None of us would ever want to get back together, we're just mates
If any man told me I had to pick between them & him.
I'd wave him bye bye |

Indeed maybe friendship meant more to me than her ?? Would have thought we could have all been grown ups and maintained the friendship with. Ground rules ? Obviously no trust there ? |

I'm sorry you're loosing a good friend
It sounds like he does have trust issues, and probably a wee bit of jealousy thrown in.
Not a good start to any relationship
Just be there for your friend, if it all goes wrong xx |
