No it's impossible, because 100% is absolutely everything. When they say 110% they just mean that they perform better than normal or better than expected.
Typically it just means that previously people hadn't been working or performing to the best of their ability more likely 80%/90% at best. |

No one can give 110% as one hundred per cent is everything.
It's just a stupid way of saying I will give you all I have and more...... and that's impossible too.
Personally I wouldn't employ such bullshitting cliche users. |

It is used as an emphasis that someone gave as much as they could and would have given more if it was possible. It's not meant to be taken literally, but I do smirk sometimes when you add up the results of a poll and it comes to more than 100%. |
