If you want a telegram from the queen for reaching 100 you actually have to apply for it. She or a member of her family could do that.

Yes ... it is to discontinue a session ... be that parliament or legislative ... like a court case

I don’t know but the queen needs to step up now and use her power and ensure that the uk leaves on the 31st with or without a deal
