Many people comment that they lose an hours sleep when the clocks go "forward".

So, just do what i'm gonna do. Go to bed earlier, much earlier.

yeah but if you get up at 7.30 usually then it will be 8.30 really but showing 7.30 so you have still got the extra hour. I think .......

Going to bed earlier doesn't always guarantee more sleep.

Wouldn't it be go to bed after the clocks go forward ... that way you get the same amount of sleep..

Or ......... stand nearer an open window as you put your clock forward, with any luck it will go clean out the window and you won't hear the alarm whatever time it goes off.
