Good morning fellow fabulous people
I'm sat here staring at a bag of jam doughnuts and wondering to myself is it wrong to scoff the lot before 9?
I do have jaffa cakes for later if that helps with the dilemma |

Polish off the Jaffas first then, if you still feel the craving for dough nuts have one at a time throughout the day - it all about pacing yourself. And, save one for someone special, they'll appreciate it. |

Toast and jam is a reasonable breakfast item so all you are doing is substituting the bread for enriched bun dough.....................and frying it
Not that much of a change really if you eat it quickly so it doesn't count on the calorie counter |
