Need to be at work in 2 hours and my head is a fuzzy mess. Ive had toast, water and ibuprofen. Tell me your hangover busting remedies you lovely lot....

Plenty of water.....then more water and then some more still. It’s the dehydration that gives you a headache.

You could try an isotonic drink like lucozade sports too and some Jaffa cakes, that should help.

The best way to stop a hang over is when you get home from the night out drink 2 pints of water before you go bed. Really works

.next time when in pub drink Windolene with your drink... you'll still get an hangover but your eyes will be lovely and clear .
