I should hope so with your location. Great track.

Mine's probably the Headmaster Ritual, but This Charming Man is hard to look past

God I love The Smiths, so all of the above.

I'm not a fan of cover bands but there's one called The Smyths who tour the UK often and they're just about as close to the real thing as you can get. Always an amazing show.

William, Boy With the Thorn or There is a Light. Or Back to the Old House. Or Please, Please, Please.

Shame Morrissey's such a reprehensible cunt these days.

Gosh, constantly evolving taste in their music going back and forth across their different albums. I shall pick 'Accept Yourself' as a fave pick at the moment.

Also recently discovered the original recordings of the album The Smiths on youtube from before they sacked the original producer and completely redid all the songs. A band I never get tired of.

Great tune and they make great use of it in Ferris Beullers Day Off and the final episode of Extras. Tuuuune.

Saw The Smiths in "85 on the Meat is Murder your, James in support.

Pretty much all they did I like so I'll avoid the obvious....

Suffer Little Children. Delicate subject matter written with the most haunting guitar melody.

The Queen is Dead. I remember quite vividly hearing it for the first time and being completely bowled over.

It's not the greatest Smiths track (I think that is This Charming Man) but it's the one that made the biggest impression on me

I saw him at the roundhouse last year. He did write many of the songs including ‘this charming man’ and yes, he does a good version.

Yes, in spite of the awesome tunes, It is incredibly disappointing that it has become clear that he's a complete arsehole.

But still, awesome tunes....

"Panic is probably my favourite "

I’ve always enjoyed requesting it from disco DJs and then retreating to a safe corner of the dance floor.

My favourite has always been What Difference Does it Make?

It’s a shame the Morrissey has gone from being a bit of a pretentious twit to the full Moseley.

TBH they’re all great songs from one of the very best groups of all time. It’s such a shame Morrisey is such a bell end.
