"To get through a McDonalds milkshake takes the sucking prowess of a porn star and a straw that won’t collapse when it gets wet.
I think I might take my own washable straw when I have one next "
They aren't milkshakes, more like ice cream. I ask for a spoon |

"It just doesn’t work with a Maccies iced caramel frappe a reusable straw is the way to go "
Funny how all the cups have plastic lids. Can they be recycled? If not it’s a bit of a lame gesture only supplying paper straws. If they can, can’t they make the straws out of the same stuff? |

"I bought metal straws they are gross. I'm thinking of buying reusable plastic or silicone straws instead as I miss a straw in my gin "
I have a silicone straw in its own little case, easily washed out and ready to use again |

If there’s half a litre of chilled, lumpy goo in there, it’s probably time to see a doctor |

I would rather drill a hole in a sex toy and slurp my frappe thru it then a cardboard straw, the feel of it makes me |

Seen a few places use straws that are pasta based so they erode over time. Doesn't work too well in fuzzy drinks yet.
I'd rather use a papper straw than a plastic one any day as I don't feel comfortable now knowing that they are killing marine life. |
