I like them to look at, however hygiene needs to be scrupulous. Have you ever smelt an ear piercing that's not been scrubbed?... now imagine that smell magnified by sweaty genitals and piss

Funnily enough...I actually spur of the moment had my nipple pierced at weekend, ya know coz they are naughty nipples really!
I'm in the midst of regular cleaning and sanitising routine...not as bad as a private area but still potential to be gross. Who wants a puss filled nipple..NOT ME!! |

I was meaning taking the piercings out to clean the build up in the piercing hole, believe it or not they can get clogged with soap residue and other stuff - shed skin for example.
