I genuinely can't see why it's an issue.

Say "they" rather than "he" - job done, no skin off anyone's nose.

You don't understand it? Cool, don't do it yourself. Unless you are likely to bump into Sam Smith, I can't see how it makes any difference.

Maybe they will now they is comfortable about being themself.

It's not the OED but I heard something about the Merriam Webster dictionary including 'they' as a pronoun for non-binary people.

I have met a couple of people who suddenly decided they are non binary

I don’t care if someone is gay lesbian ts/tv/tg ect but why is everyone expected to make special con-sessions for them ?
