Make the message individual, comment on an aspect of the persons profile, inject a little humour and obey any rules they have set (Such as send a face pic) and then you stand a chance of standing out. |

Sometimes it's not always the message. Woman often check profiles before reading messages. But biggest advice I can give is show you have read their profile. Also get yourself to a social event |

Whatever you say there is a very high chance it will be deleted unread. I think to get even opened put something which speaks to the profile or status update as the message title and this is no guarantee of anything, but increases your chances. |

There is no magic catch all formula OP it's about finding the one that works for both you and the recipient and that isn't going to happen probably 90% of the time.
In the same way as you're not going to be attracted to 90% of the people you meet in your day to day life, or they you, it's the same here.
It's also not *just* about the message you send either but a combination of other things too - your profile and pics for one. Your attitude, approach and expectations come into it too. So take a look at all those things and see if anything could be changed for the better.
It's also worth bearing in mind that sending messages "cold" to random profiles isn't the only way to go about looking to meet people, getting more involved in the forums or chat rooms is another way, or getting along to group socials or clubs is another - so think about those options too |

Say hello (so often forgotten)
Introduce yourself
Tell us what attracted you to us
Say why you think we're a good match
Include some humuor.
This can be spoiled if you don't have a decent profile with good photos to back it up.

Excellent question. Now I'll have to think carefully about my reply..I certainly have no preconceptions about what swingers are, I'm not new to the swinging scene, so I think the most honest response would be: I underestimated ho much work you need to put in. As always, it's a learning curve. |

Depends on the woman!
In some cases, mine at least someone could send me the same message twice.
The first time I may have had a shitty day at work, be feeling blue, due on, hangry, tired, feeling unappreciated (delete as appropriate) and that will have an impact in how I personally perceive the message and I'll think the person is coming across an entitled prick.
The second time I could be in a good mood, have something to look forward to, well rested, feeling the love (delete as appropriate) and I'll think the person comes across as confident.
Yes your message is important and key, but it's not the only factor at play. Remembering people have lives and emotions away from here that can impact their own experience on here as well as yours may benefit.

If that's the case, why do so many people create accounts here and pay for sending and receiving messages? Surely not everyone can get to clubs regularly and find online more at their convenience? Isn't it better to do both as you could meet someone wonderful that personally never goes to a club? |

If messages aren't read before a profile, where the message is deleted, we are interested on what kind of things a profile shouldn't have.
Generally when sending messages the subject line needs to be thought about as much as the message itself.
