So this week a report was published showing the 20 most deprived areas in the UK. 15 where in the NW or NE of England. Isn't it about time we jiggled things about a little instead of London having it all. How about the national ballet being in Hull, national football stadium in Stoke, national history museum in Bradford. Would provide such a boost to these areas |
