"Who else feels this way about their job?"
Your young enough to do something about it. No point moaning about it only you can change your situation, you can find something more worthwhile or make your non working life exciting that work life is that work.. |

I love my job, it is challenging although exhausting.
I have a heart condition and struggling lately, my Dr wants me to cut my hours down. That will be an interesting conversation with my boss lol |

I actually enjoy my job. It's not as taxing as it used to be and there is no room for promotion, but it varies enough to keep me interested and I love my day to day interactions with the staff |

I can relate in some ways.
I love my job and adore every day and shift I can bring joy and relief to people, but I feel a little low about it last week only cos I went for 2 promotions and didn’t get em.
So I feel rubbish about that but but I still love every day I work as I used be in accounts and after 8 yrs went uni to retrain and took huge pay cut but well worth it |

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe |
My last job was very well paid, but I hated the people I worked with. I'd just sold my house to pay the wife off so I just walked out and had a long-awaited gap year.
I've been in my current role just over 2 years and love it. The pay isn't that good - £10k less than my previous job - but they provide me with a nice car, I travel the country and meet lots of people and I can see me staying here beyond retirement age. |
