So chums What's made you smile today.
For me it's lovely messages from friends and one in particular .
So come along you jolly splendid people and share with the group

"Silly I know but getting out on the bike for a quick 15 miles has made me smile, gives me that feel good factor. "
I know exactly how you feel , it's that freedom , the sence of exhilaration and the joy of just being alive and on your bike |

Oh and I went to an Italian festival this morning and the food was just I'd forgotten how easily you can recall a language (you don't really think about it, you just speak) and being able to actually talk to someone in it made me smile a lot because it reminds me of loved ones.
I hope you keep smiling Taff, x |

Dog sitting for friends when I’ve been dogless for 18 months...walking through ancient woodlands in the sunshine, happy hound, tree climbing kids and chocolate brownies...simple bliss. |

Something did make me smile, but then something else took my smile away...what is given with one hand is sometimes taken away with the other
It's all good though, i'm curled up on the sofa having snuggles with my pooch, and that always makes me smile |
