Oxford - cultural experience, Sept 14/15

For those that are relatively local to Oxford and interested in some of the less visited and known about sites then you may like to know that the Oxford Open Doors event is happening next weekend. It is a fabulous opportunity to go inside a number of the colleges and museums and libraries etc around the city, for free, and get a view on some of the sights that most people don't normally get to see. Such as the Magdalene College grounds and deer park. Or The lawns of Trinity College. The quads and grounds of New College. The Sheldonian Theatre. The Oxford Castle Mound. Maybe I'm just biased, but Oxford is a beautiful city and this is a fantastic opportunity to get a different view / perspective on it.
No worries if you really don't give a shit. Feel free to move on. But there just might be a few out there that find it interesting. |

It really is interesting, Happens around this time every year.
Forgot to mention that there is a web site. I believe web links are blocked on this site but use your search engine of choice and look for the Oxford Preservation Trust and Oxford Open Doors 2019 and you should hit the jackpot |
