Morning people renal specialist for me today.. im confident my kidneys are tip top which is good... pma then im doing my weekly grand daughter duties n taking my grandma food shopping. hopefully the sun will be shining |

Been up since 5 as the man whose bed I shared decided he needed to switch the light on to find his clothes for work  he then went onto to make more noise than a baby elephant |
