im confessing my sins.
was my own fault as i was rushing to get the bus this morning and silly oclock and forgot to put my patch on.
on way back i neeeeeeedddddeeeeed one so badly so bought ten and smoked one. coffed so badly and felt crap i threw the others away.
but.if thats all i got to worry about, im lucky  |

had the most amazing bit of luck on Sunday - went through nothing to declare at gatwick with a thousand fags and didnt realise its still only 200 allowance from outside the eu and the customs officer let me off- just fantastic weeheee - fags at 1.80 a packet may just lay on a bed of them xxx |

I have to agree with this - I gave up a couple of years ago and fell off the wagon a few times - don't beat yourself up too much! Just think of how nice you now smell and how much money you're saving! |

18 years ago I did exactly the same thing, I had stopped smoking but one night just HAD to have a ciggy, so bought a packet of ten, had three puffs of one.
I felt so dizzy I put the fag out, threw the packet away and have not had one since.
Hopefully that will be your only slip up xx |
