So I'm back in the gym after 7years...yes a whopping fucking 7years!!

I need ideas of workout music

...what is on your playlists????

Suppose it depends what you're into? I like heavy metal so I find a lot of fast, thrashy, industrial style stuff gets me pumped (Fear Factory etc.)

I found a really good one on you tube, it's in aggressive training music lists lol.

There are a few crap ones but there's one really good one, it has eminem, Linkin park, dre etc.

If you do get it you can search for playlists by bpm which is fantastic so if you know what tempo you want, away you go.
