You`ll be fine in time, it just takes a very long time to deal with all the emotional side and physcial side to a injury darling, just remember you are stronger then you believe, you wouldnt be sitting looking at your phone reading this message otherwsie.
but i do suggest trying to find someone whos been licenced and trained to deal with such injurys and try giving you a pamper day with massages and such, or even go down to your local spa? |

I've (mrs black) spent the last year with a completely smashed humerous.... Can't drive, can't do bugger all!
The mental and emotional toll it's taken has been horrendous in top of the physical trauma...
There have been times I'd have liked them to just cut it off....
