I'm long passed the point of seeking advice on my profile or pics but the one thing I've noticed in viewing other profiles is that the quality of the pics varies immensely.
I can't compare those on other male profiles as I don't look at those but I'm curious as to how long others take over their profile pics and if filters are used or why mine always look very amateurish in comparison? |

I use filters to change colours. And a timer on my phone camera. I point and hope for the best.
For every photo I put up there's probably about 30 I delete. |

I'm not that naive. I know filters are used all the time. What I'm asking is do those who have some amazing, almost professional looking pics spend hours posing and analysing and filtering or photoshopping or are they just more photogenic than us normal mortals? |

Depends what type of filter. Black n white etc then yes, we do have real colour, but changes to bodies etc then no we don't.
Some of our pics are better quality than others, a lot has to do with light, clean camera lens etc. We just use our phones.

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
Given how many people take exquisite pics with just their phone and some patience, it always strikes me as odd when a couple profile features nothing but mirror selfies of the individuals. One on the passenger seat of the car (her), one in the bathroom (him).

The majority of my pics are quick ones taken with my phone on a timer, stand click and done.
I might crop or blur the edges to remove personal items or add a filter to suit my mood, but all in all it takes a couple of minutes |

And to hide all those Ossie Ardiles photos on your wall?
Excellent book cover btw.
