Seen in far off places

If mention of your 4th decade is referenced, this will be in relation to your 30's...

If you want the job make sure they know you do and not just going through the motions. Enthusiasm counts.

Be confident, sound passionate about what you do and sell your personality. When you get to a certain level in a career the ability to do your job is a given, it is about if you will fit in with the company and come across likeable.

Don't come across as arrogant! If one of the questions is about strengths/weaknesses make sure you have decent answers!

One question I ask when being interviewed is "why would I want to come and work for you?"

They have to sell themselves to me as much as I have to sell myself to them.

Is it a ‘ competency based questions ‘ interview? Be prepared! Points make prizes on key words
