I like my sausage well done. Bbq is best but failing that pan fried till brown all over then left to cool so the fat congeals

Start on the bbq then on the bbq hot plate with a mix of honey and wholegrain mustard.

Or roast in the oven with a mustard, onion and mushroom gravy.

I like the speciality sausages from my local butcher

under the grill

in deep fat frier cooked with lard instead of oil

bbq cooked

or grilled on a rocket stove hotplate
