we go in the chat rooms and no one talks to us, no one seems to want to meet anymore, we certainly cant get a meet to save our lives ffs. it's changed a lot since i (evo) joined the site in 06, why do we even bother anymore. |

It can be frustrating, but there are lots of nice people around, from what i have seen the chatrooms can be too quick, well for me anyway, and i dont play on cam so i stay here in the forums, much easier to interact xx |

The people in chat will more than likely click on your username to view your profile and the first thing they see is that first paragraph in capitals bemoaning how crap the site is.
You only get out what you put in - (that should be a swinging mantra lol) |

We tend not to use the site solely for meets, we have a few contacts that arent even on FAB,and use other sites, make contacts at socials etc...

I would take the RANT from the profile..
I never understood why people feel the need to rant on their profiles...
Just do what you said you will do and enjoy what else the site offers...

Is there a reason you don't meet fb couples? I have a couple profile on here too but we're more than fb and are both divorced so not playing away. OH knows I have single profile and it's now only used to chat to friends I have made.
Maybe put more positives rather than negatives on your profile? What you like rather than dislike. |

Got to say, I'm with the others who have mentioned the rant on your profile. That and the warning are about twice the length of your actual profile.
Am I the only one who read the OP and though "I dunno, why did you"? Sorry but as Wishy said - you get out what you put in. |

we rarely meet outside of clubs we use here to keep in contact with likeminded souls more than anything although the odd meet from here happens and maybe its more enjoyable as it just happens rather than us waiting on it if that makes sense  |

Don't normally do the profile critique thing but I have just read yours and even with afore mentioned rant removed its still negative. Says nothing about what you like etc

You assume that tattoos are a turn off, you obviously like them so celebrate them. All you mention s that you don't meet single guts of fb couples (although I never understand that)

Chat is too fast for me, been in a few times but can't follow whats going on, brain is too old and slow for that I think! But the forums are fun, and very friendly.
As for meets seems to me that depends on what you are looking for and geography, Rochdale is no where near Bristol so won't even bother to look at your profile... unless you make us laugh in here then we tend to take a peek, even if no where near or not our type. |

there is more to the site than just the chat rooms.... for example.... there are lots of people who don't use them and use this..... but until 2 hrs ago you would not have been on any of their radars.....
the site is one big jigsaw... so for example...
1) you live in the middle of basically the social triangle in the north west.... why not go to them?
2) you live in the middle of the club scene in the north west.... why not go to them?
the site does give you the tools to make it work... it is sometimes taking advantage of those oppotunities to make your network bigger.... |

Lots still meet every week. You have narrow criteria so it reduces your chances you don't want to meet older than you. If younger than you dont want to meet older too ya fucked lol or your not by the looks of it.! |
