I think the Tesla with the gull wing doors is awful
The big BMW & Merc MPV's with the sloped backs are really ugly too
Oh and the Audi indicators that do that kind of laser effect

I must mention any Bently/ Rolls Royce/ Range Rover etc that has a convertable roof.
What were the owners and manufacturers thinking? Those cars absolutely do not look good as a convertable. |

most of them these days they're mostly all starting to look like generic boxes, all a bit fat and bloated out with about three quarters of a ton of driver numbing aids, all with the same ubiquitous touch screens and media centres or whatever you want to call them. sensors and other needless rubbish abound, half of them are based on some other 'same same but different make/model' all governed by the same increasing laws on design for road/pedestrian safety...all good stuff i guess but it's done nothing on freeing up the imagination when it comes to design of cars really and we've ended up looking at about what looks like the same six cars all day long, just decked out in various colours and specs.

The Bentley SUV doesn't look good full stop IMO

Very true. It's trying to be something it's not. |

"Another vote for the Fiat Multipla (the one with the weird extra lights that looks like the lovechild of a London taxi and a whale)"
The new shape London Taxis are also rather odd-looking... |

"Anything currently produced by Toyota.
They seem to have lost the plot lately"
The Hilux invincible still looks decent.
Ugliest cars though, the Fiat Multipla still holds the title, followed by the Nissan Cube, the Cactus and the Aygo. Who even goes into a showroom, sees one of any of those and thinks "Yep, I'll look boss in that!" |

"My friend says it's the Ssangyong Rodius.
I say it's the Nissan Cube.
What do you think?"
I'm with your friend. It looks like they barely tried to design a car, then after the back doors they went "aahhh fuck it.... draw a box on the back and we'll go to the pub"
But the Renault koleos is close |

I like the Nissan Cube- perfect shape for a funky custom car....I predict it as a future classic.
The arse end on the new Hyundai Kona though looks like they had a job lot of spare lights left over in the parts bin ?? |

Nissan cube, definitely. Almost as ugly as the old Fiat Multipla. Now there was an ugly duckling! |

Cactus ...who the fuck thought that looked good
G-whizz
Juke ( otherwise known as Joke)
BMW i3
I swear car designer's are either pissed or off there face on something...but I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. |

Tbh they are all ugly, cars use to have curves, come in various colours, shapes, sizes...
Used to desire to own the latest car, those being the Golf GTI MK 1, a Peugeot the small sporty one, then the ford XRi, there was an Audi on my list too...
Alas I these days I am currently desiring to own a 1986 Porsche 911 I saw up for sale at £40k!!!
Therefore all modern cars are ugly, all look the same, a rectangle box on wheels and able to fit into parking spaces! |

As much as I hate the Cube, the Fiat Multipla (yes, again) has to be the worst of the lot. I mean, what's the point of those little lights up near the windscreen.
Ugly fucker |

The car that my employer provides me with is a boxy SUV, but my own car has all the curves in the right places. It has child-bearing hips and feels great running my hands over it when I wash it!
Just a pity it's off the road at the moment due to a mouse nesting under the bonnet and chewing the wiring! |

To be fair, I rode in one and it was quite comfortable and had excellent visibility and loads of space. It's a good people mover, just ugly as sin! |

"The Nissan Cube looks like a Transformer that's been in an accident, not recovered completely, and this is the best it can do."
You just pretty much described the new CiviC type R to me! I see that as some fourteen year olds sketch of a car after binging on Transformers cartoons.
