Please take these comments in good faith.
A few good pointers for you in the posts above which I will add to.
You look a lot older than 25. A plus for some, a downside for others.
A change of hair style might be beneficial in improving your overall look.
Your profile is quite bland / boring - people may associate this as being an extension of you.
