i very rarely eat biscuits, but are you talking ALL biscuits are bad - or just a select few???? Hmmmm????"They all contain additives such as ammonia , salt, and e numbers but some have added extras such as the low fat ones. In order to take something out, they have to replace it. 
And it all adds to the shelf life of the biccy.
Like bread...if you baked your own you would not be able to freeze it.
Its only the added extras that allow us to do so. | |||

Hubby worked for the same factory and the workers could buy bags of biscuits for 20p a bag, we ended up with loads cos he has such a sweet tooth!!
I love shortbread but the best has to be M & S cos they have their own recipe and it has to be followed, no one else is allowed to use it but omg it melts in your mouth!!
