Had a debate the other day on the best way to start the day and wake you up quickly! I normally try and get something sweet in my mouth straight away to wake me up!
Any good ideas? |

I always find its best to get Get the blood pumping, .. sexercise preferred  , exercise if no sexercise available,    |

Dev likes to wake up by me gently slipping inside her and slowly waking her. Before people start screaming 'no consent' or anything else daft - yes it's agreed in advance, and it's not every day, just when she spoons into me and moans gently. It's heavenly
Then after the sex we might just get up - or maybe have tea in bed stay there a bit longer

grab fluffy dressing gown, put kettle on on way to bathroom, boiled by the time you come back and coffeeeeeeee!
Followed by softy boiled egg, toasty soldiers and more coffee.
