Its probably because women know that hitting below the belt (no pun intended) is one of the things that will hurt most.
It always amazes us that when a woman splits up with a guy,she often says how useless in bed he was and how he had a small cock............well why be so upset that he's gone then ffs.
Back to the O.P, we think,as you said,there are a fair amount of 'clowns pockets' out there and the owners find it easier to blame guys than do P.F exercises.
