Had one. Signed a contract. Lasted two weeks as I was bored out of my brains and forget sex, no way...

This is the problem with discussing D/S on Fab there are two many people discussinf D/S that are not interested in it.
I appreciate people have to try things to know where they stand, and it may work for them or it may not, and if not leave it. But D/S is not a one person dynamic and I wonder about the effect on the people discarded. I get the feeling if men said some of the comments on this thread they would be roasted as wannabes. I hasten to add that I am not criticising any comments or any person.
I really hate the phrase "natural dominant/submissive" as it is misused. What I do believe is that you have to be by impelled or strongly inclined by nature to be dominant or submissive. In that way boredom does not set in. I think, dream, live, for what I can do to a submissive that is on my wave length. But I think people forget that the important word in "D/S relationship" is "relationship". Whether you are a dom or domme, experienced people realise that submissives are not toys. Although I do not believe submission is a gift, submision is precious.
Two final thoughts, firstly submission is strength. I takes strength and discipline to submit.
Secondly submissives in other parts of their lives can be powerful men or women.
My favourite quote is a domme who said" I want my submissives to be lions" Think Boudicca and her warriors.

No I realised after posting that it wasn't quite the right word.
The OP said servant, to me that's different to submitting. I like submissive men who are strong willed and hard to break. I want to take their submission as much as they want to give it. I enjoy the mind games and the manipulation it takes.
I'm not into being worshipped or "served", it's not the kind of person I'm attracted to. I do agree it can take a strong person to do that though. |
