It's a temporary thing that will timeout after an hour or so OP - only way to get it removed is for admin to do it and by the time you've messaged them and they've picked it up and looked at it it would be gone anyway.
Happens if you use links in messages sometimes (is to stop spammers) and also if you use certain words I think  |
