There seem to be so many people on here who need a boost. Whenever I've asked for help on here someone has come forward but it isn't always easy to ask for it.
So for all the people who arent comfortable in their bodies and craving some attention,who are going through a shitty time, stuck in a wank marriage or just who need someone to talk to, why not reach out to them, no judging, no sarcastic comments just be a nice person..it is Friday after all and it's good for your soul.  |

We are all wonderfully unique , brilliant people
All of us feel a tad glum at times and it's ok to feel blue .
We never know what's happening in people's lives , we all need to learn to judge less and open our selves to compassion |

The last of my closest friends has lipsticks and moved so for the last 2 months I've been a little out of sorts. I have my housemates there to keep me company and go for drinks with etc but we aren't as close I was with my best friends. It's kinda left a void in my life that i need to fill. I'm not looking for the answer on here, it's just something I haven't spoken about to my family or anyone and I thought just putting it out there on this thread might be therapeutic.

I have issues with my weight since I was ill two years ago.
Was on holiday this month and meet a couple who went though the same. Chatted with them and since being back I have changed my life. Joined slimming world, swim 3 times a week, go for a walk each day
Been doing that now two weeks and feel like my life is different already. Feel happier fitter and healthier
All that from talking to two strangers on holiday ( friends now)

I do believe we are all in the same situation everyone needs somebody to talk to at some point in there life. Some of us are lucky and have lots of close friends and maybe even family they can turn to for that support and use as a sounding board others are not so lucky for those,It's good to let people know there is always someone here to talk too. Even though some of the forum thread reply's may look as if people don't care and everything is just a joke to them, I do believe deep down most people on here do care. I maybe wrong but it comes as part of swinging.
I maybe totally wrong on that but it is just a the feel I get. |

I think it's a mixed bag. Some people can use someone chink in their armour against them or a hidden agenda. LOO is correct you need to be careful who you trust ot take advice from but there are a lot of genuine people here. |

I'd like to think that people know they can reach out to me whenever they want to about whatever and I'll be there for them. Sometimes it's difficult opening up because you feel like you're being odd, or annoying or a bit of a burden. You're not. It's good to talk and things really are better shared, regardless of how daft you think they are. |

Great idea, OP. We all have times in our lives when we are feeling low and it helps to know that others are there to talk to.
As has been stated above, there are those who will mock and take advantage rather than offer support, but as with so many on here if anyone wants to chat or just a pick me up then drop me a message |
