It does get worse with age
I never lay in now and rarely sleep longer than 6hrs - no wonder old people are grumpy |

Mines got better since I quit the ratrace, The time I have to wake up is no longer controlled by a commute etc & I don't make appointments for work before 1030am. Still working past 7-8pm most days though.
I can't actually remember the last time we used an alarm clock

Waking up to an alarm is just rude!
Good for you for giving up the rat race it must feel amazing
I dont get up to an alarm either and choose to start later and finish later.

I've been awake all night, will get about 3 hours sleep then wake up and then crash early tonight. This is how I live, I survive. Life of a nocturnal insomniac! |

I used to have sleep problems. I stopped looking at my mobile when on bed after the lights are switched off. I read an article about how seeing mobile in darkness affects sleep and makes you wake up too soon. Have been sleeping well since then. |
