Good morning friends Fabbers and Forumites.

Happy Thursday, have the most gloriously exhilarating day .

I haven't done this for a few weeks , I have noticed some of my chums have been a tad glum recently.

You are all splendidly amazing people. You make this chap smilie every day with your wit and humour.

Every thing in the universe was created in a bank second , and you my dear friends are made from the same material as the stars and heavens

. A rather wonderful thought.

So chums big yourself up(as young people say)

Let every one know how spiffing you really are

Say some thing positive about yourself

Have just a jolly day chums , it's lycra on and out on my bike in a mo . I must say I don't look half as silly in lycra as I thought I would ha ha

We collect at the beach every weekend.
