When you read a thread, do you ...
a) Read the OP and then read the posts from top to bottom, or
b) Read the OP and then skip to the last two or three posts to see if it got juicy?
(then read a few more if it has)
OR
c) Are you versatile and proof read a variety of posts on the thread at random to see if you've missed owt? |

There and to the left a bit |
Depends on the nature of the thread - something frivolous then I'll read the OP and skip to the bottom to add my bit if I'm going to - something a bit more highbrow and I'll read the OP and all subsequent posts
So versi-toppy-bottom really |

I look at the scroll bar, to see how long the thread is.
There's a TL;DR threshold, where I go "Nope, life's too short" and don't bother reading past the OP.
If there aren't many replies, I read all, from top to bottom and maybe respond.

Depending on the thread and the amount of replies already given? I normally read them all, unless it is too long of course, so just a few snippets.
A thread full of 'I'm In?' Fuck it I leave well alone |

Depends on what the OP is about. Sometimes I don't bother reading any of it.
Sometimes I read from the bottom up. I like guessing who said what. Sometimes I read a post someone quoted and I agree with it, then realise it was me that said it. Muppet. |

"Actually I look for who I fancy and then do an outrageously flirty post in response to them..."
Oh you, as we all know you don’t fancy anyone from the forums. |

It's all about the length with a forum post. I'll read the op then comment if it is short, long ones I'll read a few then get bored, skip to the end and see how disagreeable everyone got then have to go bottom up to catch up. |
